Christmas Classics Vintage Tablecloths
Christmas vintage tablecloths were many of the first tablecloths I collected. I love the vintage Christmas icons, especially Santa and the reindeer. They remind me of the magic Christmas held for many of us when we were children. Like the Christmas in "A Christmas Story" but without the ugly leg lamp!

Night Before Christmas Vintage Tablecloth Another favorite Christmas tablecloth! This one has scenes from the Night Before Christmas. It also has very cute dogs and cats and the best reindeer! The tablecloth is gently faded, especially noticeable in the black and with the unevenness to the brown. It is not horrible but some of the details are lost to the faces. There is a red dye transfer spot as shown. I also found a tiny beginning of a pinhole but I cant find it again. It was way out in the border. Size: 49 X 46 Fabric Content: Midweight cotton/rayon blend Dye Condition: Gently faded especially in the black and brown Holes/Tears: One tiny beginning of a pinhole or weaving error out in the border Stains: A light area of red dye transfer as shown

Christmas Bells Ornaments MWT Vintage Tablecloth Cute Christmas tablecloth with the original paper label from Designer Prints. The pattern name is Christmas Centerpiece. The little Christmas trees in the border are adorable! No gold either so you can carefully use Oxy if necessary. Watch these 60s Christmas cloths though because the dye can bleed. Size: 52 X 52 (per label) Fabric Content: Midweight cotton Dye Condition: Good Holes/Tears: None Stains: None

Pretty Christmas Topper Vintage Tablecloth This little red topper has holly and poinsettias in each corner. Along each side are reverse printed Christmas vignettes. Very sweet! This tablecloth arrived with some grease spots. I pretreated with Zout and soaked in Oxy and the stains are nearly gone. Only one is still barely visible on the table. Size: 37 X 33 Fabric Content: Midweight cotton Dye Condition: Gently faded Holes/Tears: None Stains: Remnants of a nickel sized grease spot barely visible on the table

Large Santa Sleigh Vintage Tablecloth Imperfect but wonderful none the less, this is a harder to find Christmas tablecloth in a nice big size. I believe I had this with a Startex tag but this one has no tag. The fabric is a light to medium weight cotton, maybe a percale, I am not sure. The pattern is slightly faded. There is an eighth inch hole on an edge. A couple of areas of light staining on the drops. A couple of 2-3 inch light yellow spots with a nearby smaller spot. A cluster of light gray marks nearby. This cloth has been soaked several times so I am assuming these marks are here to stay. There are also some lighter yellow spots but I cant see them when the cloth is on the table. Size: 84 X 65 Fabric Content: Midweight cotton Dye Condition: Good Holes/Tears: None Stains: Two clusters of spots on the drops as described. Several lighter spots no longer visible on the table

Wreaths Trees Christmas Cutter? Vintage Tablecloth This Christmas cloth is printed on lighterweight cotton perhaps with a polyester component. It has several yellow stains that I did not try to remove. It has an inch long tear just outside the border plus a small hole elsewhere in the border. I would consider it a cutter. OK, I have way too many imperfect Christmas tablecloths. I am going to list them as is, most at the price I paid or less. I will try to describe everything I see about them. Size: 68 X 50 Fabric Content: Lighter weight cotton perhaps with some poly component Dye Condition: Gently faded Holes/Tears: One inch long cut just outside the border plus one quarter inch hole in the border Stains: Several light yellow stains that I did not try to remove

Roslyn Wreath Christmas Vintage Tablecloth This is a really cute Christmas cloth with poinsettias and ornaments. I love the bows and the little holly berries. This tablecloth came with the original label but was storage stained. I do not remember removing the label to soak it, and somehow misplaced the label. The cloth is clean though!

Christmas Wreath MIP Vintage Tablecloth This Prints Charming by Sun Weave tablecloth has the pattern name Christmas Wreath. It is a later (maybe late 60s) tablecloth because it is a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend. I guess on the positive side, that means easier care than traditional pure cotton cloths. It even says on the label that stains wash out.

Round Christmas MWT Vintage Tablecloth This round rayon poinsettia tablecloth still has the original paper label from Designers Prints. The pattern name is Poinsettia. As with all rayon cloths, it should have gentle handling, particularly when wet. Oxy products are not recommended. It had a tiny spot of something which scratched off and left a very faint tiny spot.

Bows Boughs MWT Christmas Vintage Tablecloth This is one of those tablecloths that people are convinced is a Wilendur, even though I've only seen it with a Woodstock Colorama paper label. The pattern name is Christmas Ribbon. It has gold trim so do not use Oxy products to clean this tablecloth. There are a few areas of light surface dirt which will hopefully come off with the first wash.

Poinsettia Holly Linen Christmas Vintage Tablecloth With all it's faults, I really like this Christmas tablecloth. It has an interesting pattern of up and down holly arches, each topped by a poinsettia blossom. There are two stains that look like rust. I found 3 quarter inch worn spots out in the border which are hard to see and would be nearly invisible if patched.

Ribbons Fruit Christmas Vintage Tablecloth Sorry about the bad pics! My camera overcompensates when it's cloudy. The red is deeper and more faded than it looks in the pictures. A nice fruit and ribbon tablecloth. It makes me think Della Robia. The colors are gently faded and there are a few faded yellow stains that are not too obvious.

Red Christmas Tree Vintage? Tablecloth I don't know a lot about this tablecloth. When I bought it, I thought it was a California Handprints one. It isn't, I don't think, although the design is very similar. I think it's a later cloth, 60s or 70s maybe. It feels like it's either stain treated or a blend. I think this tablecloth may have never been used. When I bought it, it was sold as Mint in Bag but the bag was for a vinyl tablecloth. Do not use Oxy on this tablecloth because the reaction with the gold dye will eat the cloth. There are three tiny holes at one edge where a tag was probably attached.
