Pretty Pink Hibiscus Linen Vintage Tablecloth Sweet pattern with pink and green hibiscus on white linen. I think it is a Pride of Flanders, but it has no label and is not in Michelle Hayes' book. The flowers and foliage have that depth to them that Weil and Durrse prints are known for. It has some issues though. First, it is a little faded but still really pretty. Second, there is a half inch hole towards the outside of the floral border. There is a handful of tiny beige spots that are hard to see. Overall it looks great! Large Red Blue Floral MWT Vintage Tablecloth This early Marlene Linens tablecloth has overdying and nile green on a heavier sheeting weight cotton. The pattern is gorgeous! Still has the orignal label although half is cut off and travels with. The pattern name is Geranium although the flowers look like roses to me. Some light age staining throughout with deeper on a couple of folds. Slight storage smell will dissipate when washed. One small hole right by an edge as pictured. One dye swipe outside the border. Be cautious with Oxy products because the dyes appear smooshy to me, those dyes are not always stable in Oxy. Black Peonies on Yellow MWT Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is a bold statement! Black gray and green peonies on a golden yellow ground. It's a pretty yellow, not acidic like some. Bears the original Simtex paper label with the pattern name Peony. It is a nice weight cotton/rayon blend, not a lightweight like some Simtex cloths. There is a nobble in the middle of center field though. Underneath you can see where the printing was missed. There are also a couple of light smallish spots that hopefully will wash out. Pink Green Ribbon Floral Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is a faded beauty looking for the right home. The pattern is gorgeous but it has some issues. The pink is unevenly faded. This can happen with some early dyes with newer cleaners. Aside from the early dyes, you can tell this is an earlier tablecloth by the dying method. The colors overlap and are smudgy. In places, you can see where it is hand printed. The background fabric is not the bleached white we see in later tablecloths. There is a small cut area in one corner flower bunch and a tiny fabric flaw that is turning into a tiny hole. A few tiny scattered deep green dye spots.
