Aqua Gray Shells Ivan Bartlett Linen Novelty Vintage Printed Tablecloth (66 X 50)
Ivan Bartlett is one of my favorite midcentury designers. This one has sea shells in gray and black on aqua. Quintessential 50s colors. The linen is the earlier somewhat looser weave. Not the tight smooth linen from the 1960s. Minor slubs consistent with the fabric type.
This linen cloth is gently faded and has a signature. There is one faint yellow stain in the border that is not noticeable. I had to hold the tablecloth to the light to find it. Other yellow staining is not at all visible.
